scholarships usually awarded on the following basis:

1. educational back ground and achievements

2. score in international professional exams like gre, gmat, sat, etc

please note scholarships on english test is not applicable or may be applicable only in uk for teaching or learning literature.

Scholarships are not awared on the basis of the IELTS score. They awarded on acedemic acheivement and not an an English language proficency test.
