I just took some earlier and I didn't eat untill just now.

So I would say yes.

Certainly! Acetaminophen has little to no gastrointestinal side effects and is absorbed with or without food.

The only time you really want to avoid taking acetaminophen is when you've been drinking (alcohol) quite heavily, or you chronically drink more than 3-4 drinks/day. Then you might look at ibuprofen or naproxen.

Yes!  It doesn't matter if you take it with or without food.  The only thing you need to worry about with acetaminophen is not to take more than 4 grams (4000 mg) per day.  If you do it could cause liver failure.
