Can u take oxytetracycline as well as the pill?

Question

oxytetracycline is an scne tablet which helps clear up spots... i used to take it and it work wonders for me i had no spots what so ever!

after my treatment i stopped taking the tablets and went on te pill for contraceptive reasons...

i was just wondering can i take both at the same time??

The combined pill may interact with broad spectrum antibiotics like Oxytetracycline, check with your Dr/Pharmacist

It can reduce the effectiveness of the pill, but as I read recently, the risks are very low, if your wanting to take the medication again, use extra protection while your taking it
