Can u tell me about a world wonder that happened at the niagara falls like someone surviving the fall?

I just went to see the falls and I was like wow. Then i thought if someone could survive that?

Yes, there was a elementary school teacher who went over in a barrel with her cat, whose fur went from black to completely white. There was also a boy, about seven I think, who fell in along with his grandfather, and sister. They were pulled to safety before going over the Falls, but the boy went all the way over and survived. Many people have tried it since, and have died. It is also punishable by law to attempt it. People that jump to their death on purpose usually end up being sucked into the turbines that create the electricity. Messy stuff to get the body back out. There are more survivors than that, but it has been along time since grade school for me, and I cannot recall, so here is a link.

plenty of people have survived going over the falls, some more than once.  others have died.  do some research on the internet to get details.

Yes. i think 2 ladies back in the day went over in a barrell and survived. One went with her cat. Also just a couple years about maybe 2003(not sure) some guy jumped off with his kid and they both survived.

Then there was the guy that tight rope walked across of the falls.

did you know that actually before they created all the dams on the Niagara river the Falls were much more spectacular, It was fearful to look at and it was much louder than today, Yes several people have survived over the falls

well many people have survived but all of them have gone over the horseshoe falls on the Canadian side.  This is because there are far fewer boulders at the bottom of the Canadian falls than the american falls.

Also the water flowing over the falls has never actually stopped, however ice has accumulated in the upper part of the niagara river and it stopped the water flow for several hours. that is a picture of it,  I know the website says it is a fake picture but I don't think so it was also in my science textbook and I learned about this, I believe it happened in the early 1900's

Another man went over the falls without anything, he managed to survive with only bruises and some damage to his ribs,  I am not sure whether he was trying to commit suicide or not but he made history.

I did this project at school once and it was about people who had gone over the Niagara Falls and lived, so people have actually done it! They mostly did it in barrels and stuff, I think there is a site about it, if you want to find it I think you have to google "niagara daredevils"

And you are so lucky to have actually been to Niagara falls!
