I don't know what you mean by "everything".  Wish you could have elaborated more on that.

If you are wantign a Razr, you would have to pay for the phone. If you are wanting to sign up for a contract, you may have to pay for a deposit. Also pay for the activation fee.  You would have to pay for your bills of the phone too (like minutes or extra add on services)
