Can u use p2 microphones on ps3?

You can use PS2 USB headsets with the PS3, or any other USB headset with the PS3. Or, you can also get a Bluetooth headsset.

I think it only works for backwards compatable ps3 which is the 80g unfortunatley. But yes, you can use the ps2 microphones they are excatly alike-though i've heard they are thinking of making them wireless.
