You can download tv shows that have already aired at http://www.graboib.com. You can also try the network sites if it is something very new. Hope that helps.

Yes. Search using Google for places to visit. Whatever you do, do NOT pay for any service claiming to give you "Satellite TV on your PC" - you can get these same lists that they will charge you $50 a month for for absolutely FREE just by searching for them.

yep there are many streams of live tv on the internet. There are both legal and illegal streams. Some tv channels have streams, usually a few seconds behind real tv. These are also usually free tv channels. There are some options now to watch pay tv on your internet with a payment plan. However, if you are feeling stingy, there are some programs out there from which you can watch live streams of pay tv (i do that sometimes when our free tv doesnt show some matches of cricket :P) Some good ones are Sopcast and TVU (google/yahoo them and youll find the website)
