Don't drink the water, including ice.  The food is fine.  Drink Mexican beer, Rum from Cuba or Mexico is cheap and smooth.

Yes, they do not need to be immunised or vaccinated.   Be carefull with food like anywhere else

Your infant should have the normal baby shots taht are appropriate to his age.  nothing else is needed.  EVERYONE in Mexico drinks  bottled water...and all resorts and restaurants use it in the kitchen and for ice.  Do not buy st. vendeor food or drins...food in resorts and restaurants is safe.  Have a great time.

Just the usual baby shots as are given in the US. For really little ones, processed baby food products are widely sold in supermarkets.Stick to bottled water. as we all do here in Mexico, milk is OK too.
