Can undischarged bankrupt be a guarantor for loan? Is there any law that states so?

  1. I shouldn't think so. In any case, if you can only get an undischarged bankrupt to back you I think you need to look at the viability of what you're doing with the loan.


  2. You are prohibited from taking on any additional credit while your bankruptcy is in progress.  So co-signing will be prohibited.
