  1. Yes, we need people to serve our burgers and coffee as well as wash our windows for a small fee while we are stopped in traffic!!!

  2. The only role I see them playing is never having anything for themselves and always depending on someone to place a roof over their head and food in their stomachs. So they'll never have anything of their own, and could be one of those people that lives under a bridge in a cardboard box, always begging people for what they do get

  3. That has some chance of happening. It is just unfortunate that it can happen. If it happens, society would quickly be in danger of turning uneducated. Uneducated youth are like a rash that somebody needs to get rid off. By that, I mean that uneducated youth should have to complete a process where they would be allowed to impact society. Youth that are uneducated either wasted their time while in school or poverty stood in the way of them getting their education.

  4. Only insofar as they will make the welfare rolls develop into

bigger and bigger numbers as they continue to be unemployed and to procreate.
