Can unlocked sidekick 3's and XL's use MSN if unlocked and used in Canada with a fido sim card?

im planning on buying a tony hawk edition sidekick off ebay and i want to use msn on it and i live in canada and am going to use either a fido or rogers simcard

ya you can do that

i would call T-Mobile and tell them that you wanna unlock your sidekick cuz you dont wanna get charged alot for roaming

or look online for programs to unlock it for you

sometimes youll have to pay like 20 bucks for it though
