Just because you have one punch KO power doesn't mean alot against a skilled fighter. Valero has fought no one on Pacqauip's level yet. Pacquaio has came a long way as far as all around skills to become an accomplished boxer. Valero needs to tune his skills a little a fight someone who will give him a test before stepping to the stage against Pac-Man. I honestly will tell you if this fight does take place I can see Pacquiao KO'ing Valero in mid rounds do to the lack of boxing skills Valero has.

off course any boxer can knockout his opponent. however, with valero's style and the much improve manny pacquiao, i don't think valero can knockout manny pacquiao, unless manny allows himself to be knockout which is very very unlikely,

he can, but his technique is not as sharp in his fights...so maybe the question should be if he will.  Sparring he has looked good against good opponents.  but he has fought a lot of chumps.

Yes he can, it would have to be one of those miracle knockouts like how Buster Douglas did to  MikeTyson or Haseem Rachman against Lennox Lewis but do I think It'll happen no.Valero fights very sloppy, when and If they fight I think Pacquiao will knock him out.
