Well, considering that I am not a vampire I don't know the exact life style. But I do believe that vampires are very much real. I should think that since vampires are a certain species they have their own way of liveing. But I do agree with Guest8299. It is really more of a drinking method. If you were to look at several legends then you would see that almost all of them involve vampires sucking the blood of another liveing creature.
