  1. yeah, but really to be vegan u decide for urself what u want to eat, so drink it if u want to.

  2. Yeah, it has no dairy.

HOWEVER once I saw soymilk that had vit. d3 in the ingredients which is believe is animal derived??

  3. Yes, but like another person said watch out for some of the added vitamins.  Most soy makers are smart enough but there was a new one that came out a couple of years ago at the mainstream grocery stores.  It had animal derived vitamins.

  4. Yes.  Though to me the unnatural chemical additives people mention above is way scarier than real milk.  You can also supplement your vitamin D by working on your tan... seriously.  D is created when fatty acids are exposed to UV light, and most of our D is supposed to come from being in the sun.

  5. Yes

  6. Yes vegans can have soy milk as long as the ingredients are vegan!

  7. Your not alone!! Im a vegitarian too so i should know. Its fine to drink all soy milk and i think it tastes delcious! i usually get the regular or vanilla. Trust me its perfectly fine! :)

  8. If vegans couldn't drink soy milk I would be doomed.  It is one of my most important staples.

You can have as much as you want!  I try to consume 16 oz. per day so I get enough B12, Calcium and vitamin D.

I eat it on cereal, oatmeal, mac and soy cheese, and a lot of other places.

I am glad you like it.  That's lucky for you because soy milk is a great thing for vegans.  You poor a cup and enjoy it.  Drink to your health!

  9. Of course you can, there is no animal product in it.

  10. That's the idea! Soy milk is a favorite of many vegans and other folks who don't use dairy.  Now, a company called 8th Continent did make the mistake of using lanolin-derived vitamin D3 in its soy milks when it came out a few years ago, but I think they have changed the formulation.  Still, it's always wise to read the labels to make sure.

  11. Absolutely, as long as the ingredients are vegan!  Some soy milks contain vitamin D3, which is animal derived.  Vegan soy milk should be enriched with D2, the plant derived source of vitamin D.  Soy, rice, almond, hemp, and oat milks are all great alternatives to dairy milk!
