Can vegetarians wear contacts lenses??

their protein and iron deficeny is low..yea i know its a dumb question but anyways...

  1. I don't see why not. It's not made out of any animal. I'm a vegetarian and I wear clear contact lenses.

    There are Vizulize eye drops. They are vegan and ok for contact lens wearers


  2. Yes they can.  Contacts contain no meat or meat products.

  4. Uhm... of course they can. Both vegetarians and vegans. Your diet has nothing to do with it. Why can't you wear contacts - are people just telling you that you can't? Do they hurt your eyes? Some peoples' eyes are just sensitive to them, if that's why, but being vegetarian does not factor in AT ALL.

  5. Hopefully a vegetarian is getting protein and iron from other sources, otherwise not wearing contacts is the least of their problems. And I don't see whey they wouldn't be able to.
