  2. Yes, viruses can be transferred through CDs. But, 2 conditions prevail.

    1. If your CD has a file infected with some virus, then your computer is at a risk of being infected.

    2. If there is a virus already present in your computer, and if you'd like to write the files onto a CD, even then, there is a risk of some other computer being infected with your CD.

  5. it depends on where the virus is located it doesnt automatically write itself on a cd but if you have files with a virus then yes, only if you write those files on a cd

    Basically, they are just programs that mess up your computer, so you can get them from anywhere!!
