I often put vodka out of the freezer into my flask. It usually gets warm and then I stick it back into the freezer again. Does it hurt vodka to freeze, let it get warm, and refreeze????

  1. I don't think alcohol goes "bad". It also does not freeze, so at best you'd be chillling it, then letting it warm up, and chilling it again. This does no harm to the vodka. Happy drinking!!!

  2. I recently drank some vodka that was made in the 70s. It tasted just fine and sure enough, it got me drunk! haha

  3. Nope, Vodka, unlike beers doesn't skunk. You couls take it out allow it to go back to room temperature then refreeze it all you like. Freezing it is best for flavor. But obviously you can keep vodka at room temerature as it is bought that way.

  4. It wouldn't taste the way it should

  5. it wont hurt it at all, I do it all of the time.. if it is pure vodka it wont freeze solid anyway.. I put my tequila and jack daniels and rum in the freezer so when I make drinks they are very cold and dont melt the ice as quickly..ha!

  6. No, you can refreeze as many times as you wish. Vodka has a high enough alcohol content to prevent any kind of bacterial growth.

  7. alcohol wont freeze = liquor

  8. If you put vodka in a freezer, the unfrozen vodka you drink can actually have more alcohol in it than vodka that has never been frozen.
