  1. of course it isn't like soda where it'll get flat just mix it with orange juice and drink

  2. Depends on a number of things:

    1) Type of plastic. Polycarbonates: NO! others, probably ok

    2) Temperature, if its been at room temp, OK, if it has sat in a hot car, get rid of it

  3. It is fine.  I've kept mine in the freezer for months and there i no effect on it.  It comes in a plastic or glass bottle for that very reason of preserving it.

  4. the vodka should be fine

    mix it up and drink

  5. Taste it and find out.

  6. It'll be fine.

  7. It's a distilled drink. It will be fine.

Polycarbonate is what makes the plastic bottle.

    Duh.

  8. I have a friend who's a majour vodka connoisseur (French for alcoholic? You decide! lol), who INSISTS on glass bottles.  He says the plastic damages the taste of it (which may be in reference to that polycarbonate-type of plastic).

The fact that you say it's been stored in a plastic 'water' bottle sounds a bit dodgy to me.  I mean, it's still drinkable, I'm sure it's not poison, but the taste might be slightly altered.  To those of us who aren't vodka experts, the taste difference would probably be undetectable.

  9. Many brands ship vodka in plastic bottles.  It has zero affect on taste.
