can i loose weight from just walking a mile in the morning and riding a bike a mile in the evening, i have also cut some serious calories, i am just wondering if i need more exercise?i am a former smoker i quit about a week ago and i am trying to loose around 50-55 pounds. and yes i walk fast . can't run a mile yet but while i am walking i'll throww in a 1/4 of a mile jog every now and theni have had nothing but water in a weeek in a half i am drinking about 15 8.5 oz bottles a day and peeing all night lolbut just curoius whats the best way to breathe when running ? and when i run it hurts my feet like they slamming on the concrete
