Absolutely.  No one has ever attacked another country because that other country was too strong or hesitant to defend itself.  Following the last World War, Japan has enjoyed over 60 years of peace, as has most of Western Europe.  By the way, you can credit the United States of America for making this peace possible.  And we did it through strength, not weakness or appeasement.

No! In a war the winner loses spiritually.The other

party loses materially.The feudal fighting mentality was with mankind all through the past.It will continue in future too.

I believe peace can be achieved through war/strength of a nation.  We helped bring an end to WWI and WWII through fighting not sitting back handing out daisies to both sides.
