  1. It is not clear what you are asking, but here are two cases.

    1. If you are talking using water to generate hydrogen for fuel, you will want to use the cleanest water possible.  Even in the USA with their strict requirements, the wastewater would require further purification for use.

    2. If you are talking using wastewater systems to produce biogas, just web search those terms and you will find thousands of pages.  It is an interesting niche fuel source, but current technology does not allow anything large scale.  The economics are not there.


  2. If you are talking about the water for gas systems that are used to improve fuel efficiency in cars, you will need distilled water.

  3. Water fuel is an oximoron.

  4. water is not a fuel, so you must mean the sludge as stated above.

  5. do you mean sewage?

    Yes, it can be dried and burned.
