  2. A 350 Kw is 350,000 watt generator, you are going to need a big engine to pull that load. If you mean a generator with a 350 engine, no. That is why engine have starter motor on then. Or the little engine, That you have a pull rope. I did have a lawn mower as a kid that after it got warn, you could spin the flywheel by hand, and it would start
