Can we add salt to puppies food need suggestion?

Dear Friends, I have a dashoud 3 month old puppy can we add salt to food and feed them, they say he would get rashes. but he loves to have food what we generally have. please suggest me what homely food we can give them.

Feed raw meaty bones instead if you want to benefit your dog.

Try something like turkey or chicken necks, chicken drumsticks, liver, wings, etc.

u can add a  little salt in vegetables, carrots and suck, but very very very little. dont worry, my vet told me that

give ur puppy  a little yogurt (not MILK), milk is poison to hem, like chocolate, chocolate screws them up completely.all vegetables, eggs, rise,  ALL BOILED IN WATER, nothing in oil.they must not eat human food from table coz offten its unhealthy to the, and they get overweight

and , dont give your pup chicken bones. they can easily choke on it.better that your dog doeasant get any bones.just the ones u buy.u must buy ur pup the bones from animal skin coz pup will chew it allot coz hes teething,.if u dont, he will chew your leg, ur socks, ur shues. (belive me), be sure that your dog as that bone besides hem when he is going to slee, coz it will calm him down, coz if hes little teeth are itchin he wont be able to sleep that likely

why an earth would you feed your dog salt.Did you not here in the news that a person gave there dog salt and it died.

The best thing for a dog is a dry complete diet with treats being very rare.

Complete dry foods have been scientifically broken down for your dogs needs so you simply cannot go any better than a good dry food.

Make sure you give your dog the same food all the time as changes in diet gives them indigestion and runny stools.

Dry food is good for dogs teeth and is a better diet than wet food, Treats are also not great as they interfere with a dogs digestion and it can cause dogs to hang around you and beg from you giving you the wrong kind of attention.

You shouldn't be feeding your doxie human food until 6 months of age.  Please don't add salt to her food.  If she doesn't like it, buy a different canned or dry brand that she will eat.

Hi,

Salt to his food won't be a problem but first make sure the food that you give him don't have added salt already. To much salt is not a good thing. Any house food will be good for the dog but be carefull with spices and chicken bones.

You can add a half teaspoon of sunflower or cooking oil to his food ones a week its very good for their skin and shine of the hair.
