Can we alter human genetics and change sexes in humans?

Is there a way to change the genetic makeup of a human?

No just changing people randomly will not work.

They are many ways, but the most impressive, is the techique that will allows human to accept genes from other animals, so therefore it could become possible to get the eyes of an eagle, or even mix another specie with a human to make hybrids... This technique was in the work 9 years ago, and it was already possible back then to block the safety mechanisms that separate species from interbreeding together! Now it should be done already!!

P.S: by the way this technic could only work at the fecondations, cannot change anything after birth!!

Nope.  That would be a terrible thing to do, anyway.

No, only cosmetically. When your conceived your s*x is determined by the XY chromosome combination. If you receive 2 X chromosomes, your a female, if you receive one X and one Y chromosome your male.
