  1. one thing we can do is stop or minimize destruction

  2. Not all...  There are still millions of species that are not discovered by humans and thousands die out every day.  I know that there are certain organizations that work on saving the elephants, whales, and other primarily mammalian species, but we cannot rule over this land.  As things like levels of sunlight and air density change, some species cannot adapt and so they die.

Look at dinosaurs and mammoths.  These are just a few species that died out before humans had a significant impact on earth.  I believe that as humans we can prolong the life of the dieing species, but ultimately we cannot save them.

  3. I dun think so becos everything in life need money to live on.

No money no talk! Are u able to have a lunch without paying any monies? LOL!

  4. Yes, we have been successful with a number of endangered species in South Africa. Think of the rhino.. we are now populating reserves where they were killed out. Some species are more difficult than others but you have to be persistent to make it work.

  5. No. I am eating animal crackers as we speak.

  6. we sure can. by breeding and saving the environment.

  7. yes we are killing them all off and we can stop it but not enough people want to or care to help.

  8. yes we can the majority of the human race is too selfish, greedy and self centered

it would take a  lot of drastic and serious actions from humans if we were to make a difference

but stuff is still being done to save them so hopefully tht will continue

  9. yes if we all work togetherxx

  10. we created space rockets, sky scrapers, ships and the world you live in, im sure we have the ability to save them we just dont care i guess.. i care though

  11. No, we are the cause of most of these species being endangered.

We know cutting down rain forests wipes out the animals and contributes to global warming that wipes out even more, but we still do it.

We know we have over fished the oceans, but we still do it.

Humans are at the top of the food chain and there is too many humans on the planet.

Token achievements like saving the tiger, rhino or Blue Whale are pointless exercises if we contain their numbers within a selected habitat. They live only as long as mankind doesn't want the land and money involved for something else.

The only way to save endangered species is to cull humans and balance nature. That's not going to happen.

  12. Yes!  Actually, I was just listening to a thing on the radio last night about how they're saving endangered species of fruit and vegetables by encouraging people to eat them.  The idea is that this would increase the demand for them, and therefore encourage more planting of them.  I don't know how well that'd work with animals though, as we don't seem to have a problem with fishing several species of ocean life into endangerment...

  13. I think that we can all work together to help all animals.

But, we all say we care about animals, but what do we do to help? Do we sponsor a dolphin, or a panda? Do we regularly donate money to wildlife foundations?

To save an animal, thats what we really need to think about. Even if we just pay a pound a week for a tiger, we will be working towards saving an endangered species.
