  3. Well yes, you can be sued.  However, they will not recover since they were the legally liable party not you.

  4. If it was sticking out onto the road, or if you parked on the wrong side of the road, or if your car was facing the wrong way on a road (some cities have rules about them kind of things) they could, but most likely the'd be the ones found at fault.

    the only way they might have a chance is if your car was parked really close to the road like within 30 feet because for the mostpart you don't own that the city/county does and it is not concered private property

  7. it really depends on which way the car was parked, if it was parked on the street against traffic they have a chance (small small chance) if its parked going with traffic they have NO chance
