Can we build a tree-house in back yard?

We want to build a tree-house for the kids, but we do not know if it is allowed by the home owners association.

Check with your home owner's association and see if they'd have a problem with it.  That is the most logical thing to do.  Better to check first, than to build it and then have to tear it down later.  I really don't see why it would be a problem.... But you never know.....

First check with your HOA, then check with the city.  Even though a tree-house is small, it may be considered  an "add-on" to your home and may require a permit.
