well i think it depends on what airline your usin but i 'm pretty sure you can on some airlines. some airlines don't allow electronics

I think you can if you check the bag it's in. They wouldnt let you just carry it on the plane. They would just put it in the storage under the plane.

no. because there may not be enough room. & some people can make it explode. so they are positively not going to allow it.

I guess you can stuff it in your big luggage bag that has all your clothes in it

the bag that goes on the end of the plane/not your carryon

The TSA does not include any mention of whether microwave ovens can be taken on a flight.  It does say, though, that if a federal employee determines that any item might be dangerous then they have the authority to prohibit it from going through.  All luggage will be x-rayed so if they determine it is a dangerous item then it won't go on the plane.  

Why would you take the chance?  Probably better to mail it.
