Many people don't like the rich, but what would happen if we taxed them so much they all just left?

Would it be a better country then with less gap between the rich and the poor?

  1. where would we go?????

I ain't going to Puerto Rico!!!!!!!

  2. Yes we could the rich are the blood suckers of this country

  3. we cant do this. the rich make all the laws. so its not possible that they tax themselves and ease poverty.

  4. yes of course!

I think that whilst it is justifiable for somebody to earn twice as much as somebody else (more responsibility, education, talent, etc), there is no reason for one person to own the equivalent of gdp of one small country. This is plainly immoral and a true crime. I don't hate the rich tough: they are just people who benefited from an unjust system.

  5. If there was no rich then there would be no jobs cos no one could pay wages.

  6. Read up about communism!

We need rich people to make a healthy society but we also need to strike the right balance which includes the not so rich as we all feed off of one another.

  7. Good riddance to the unscrupulous rich elite!

    Hello to People Power!!!

  8. we need them to suckle off to make some money ourselves

  9. let's kill them. but if you get rid of the people we call rich now, then people who are upper poor will be called rich. so they would have to be killed too, etc. finally I would be alone as the poorest person in the US but then I would be rich and have to commit suicide.

  10. Rich is all relative.

If all the rich leave then the middle class become the new rich people.

And if they leave then poor people will be considered rich

  11. the rich would just be replaced with a new set of rich and then they would want to leave and then thos ewould be replaced with a new rich group and then they would leave and then soon or later you have a country with no people in it

  12. If we got rid of the rich, then the upper-middle-class would become the "new rich."  There will always be ppl that are richer than others.  That's just something we have to accept.

  13. Yes but we would need a change of system under which we live.

I'm all for giving the current rich a good shoeing though...   : )

  14. there wouldnt be as many people in new York!!!!
