  1. You can if you want to kill the fish.

  2. Yer sure, some countries use to dump spent nuclear waste into the ocean. I'm  not sure if it is still occurring. But its another case of out of sight out of mind. It doesn't make sense to pollute the ocean as well as the land. Nuclear waste disposal is the main factor in the nuclear power debate. Just because the ocean is big and deep doesn't mean that it's devoid of life and can be use as a toxic waste depository. There has been very little study done on deep ocan benthic fauna so you cannot presume that the toxic affects of waste disposal will have no impacts upon these areas.

  3. We can, but at a very very high cost. We will be polluting our oceans. Presenting hundreds of toxic chemicals to the marine species that live there. The marine ecosystem will be completely destroyed. Even with that said, there are bound to be those out there who are committing this cruel act as we speak. Very bad idea.

  4. Very bad idea.

  5. you can whitout killing the sea creatures but it will take millions on this project since the ocean is very wide and you cant assume that a waste stays in one side of the ocean it will be more efforts to do this you have to have a biggest hand to handle it
