Can we get a refund????

Hi , we bought a new cooker from a local shop and they are delivering it tommorrow, the thing is they wont take the old one or fit the new one we have to pay someone else to do that, but we have found another shop that sells the same cooker for the same price with all those things included ! Is it ok to ask for a refund or are we stuck with the deal we have already made?

If you have not make payment then you can cancel purchase, but since you already paid, then a deal is a deal unless you are want to forgo you down payment.
