Sometimes.  My old agency in TX, had a program where clients could access their insurance info over the internet, including the ability to print out the auto ID cards.

You have to ask YOUR agent if you can do that.

It depends on what company handles your auto insurance. Most companies have online services, including printing insurance cards, but some do not. I would just go to your insurance company's website and check.
