  1. Not likely. Pretty cheap though. I think I pay 7-$10 on Aplus.net. You can also try godaddy.com. they are pretty cheap. There may be "free" domains available if you piggyback on somebody, maybe something like depika.hotLiveMonster.com - as an example. But it wouldn't really be "your" domain. It would be theirs - and their motive for offering it might be suspect.

You'd probably get a better answer if you had this in the correct category. Posted in internet instead of radio would be best.

In response to the below, be very careful of the link: here is their disclaimer, it is one of the piggy-back sites I mentioned):

Disclaimer: CO.NR provides free domain names like user.co.nr that are free subdomains of .co.nr free web domain name. CO.NR is no way a ccTLD registry for .NR domain names, but a web project that povides free domains that look like real paid domain names on "as is" and "as available" basis. CO.NR domain name free account includes free URL redirection with path forwarding and URL cloaking to redirect a free domain name to an existing web site. No any free DNS support is provided for CO.NR domain name free accounts and we don't plan to provide free domain name with DNS support in future, but just a free domain name forwarding service.

HERE IS A WARNING POSTED ON THEIR SITE:

    CO.NR : Warning! Fake CO.NR e-mails with attached virus

We used to receive complaints about the e-mails that look like e-mails that came from CO.NR service. They are signed as "The Co.nr team" and contain some dangerous virus spreading by e-mail.

These e-mails look like they came from "noreply@co.nr", "stuff@co.nr", or some other. The Subject of these fake e-mails is "E-mail account security warning" or something like this, and they ask to open attached password protected files that contain viruses.

If you received a e-mail like this just delete it to prevent a virus infection, and never open any attached files. Please note that CO.NR never sends any attachments to our Members. In fact, we do not send any bulk e-mails to our Members

    I would stay away.

  2. If your looking to make a free website go to http://www.freewebs.com and if you have a gmail account, you can use google's website maker. For a free domain re-direct go to http://www.co.nr

  3. Not your own. No privacy. Pay the few dollars a month.
