  1. Beware of what you ask for, don't forget hoof-it Allardyce is hanging around waiting for a Premier lge job, I wouldn't wish him on ANY team that likes football played on the deck.

  2. yeh because he is s***

    YNWA

  3. giv curbs a chance m8! were only in the 2nd game of the season and ur already sayin u want him out! its not his fault nobes got sent off, and its not nobles fault either coz he got fouled wen he handballed it! maybe the 2nd 1 was a bookin but i think it was stephen ireland that did an exact same challenge on behrami in the 2nd half and he didnt get booked! also if curbs does get sacked dyu think it would be a gud idea 4 bilic 2 manage and di canio 2 be his assistant and in a few yrs di canio maybe becum the manager???? we can still do well this season tho. *** on u'irons!!

  4. i am really starting to wonder about him, but then agen they played really bad he does pick em tho! i wish they'd give boa morte away and etheringtons really become a lazy ****. if it were up2 me id give him till christmas and if things dont look any better av him out =D

  5. He had nothing to work with really... maybe when Bellamy gets back they may stand a chance. But then again it sounds like they're going to sell Ferdinand so the goals Bellamy scores will count for nothing cos they'll be letting in far more. Maybe Curbishly will see clearly and leave by his own choice.

  6. It's not his fault Noble got sent off.

  7. Wait for at lease 3 or 4 more games and if things don't get better for WHU, then he's definitely gonna get axed.

  8. I agree with the 40 points thing and I think West Ham need a more ambitious manager. Curbishley is a good manager but I don't think he is West Ham material.

A club like West Ham need real ambition in a manager.

Having said that I personally don't see the point of sacking him right now and I don't think it will make much of a difference seeing where you are right now. Last season was about consolidation and you actually had a very good, solid season. This season is about getting rid of the waste of spaces(players like Ljungberg and Boa Morte) They need to get rid of all these kind of players and rebuild again.

  9. I´ve always been behind Curbs mainly because of the situation we were in when he came and the way he managed to keep us in a good position last season with all the injuries we had.

For want of another way of putting this, i am now having my doubts as to whether last season was an achiement or just Curbishley´s run of the mill tactics. I know it is only two games in but in both we have looked clueless, you can´t blame it on Nobel´s sending off, we were c**p before that happened.

I think he´s got his mind set on one thing, getting a lead and hanging on to it. The trouble is when he´s behind he hasn´t got a clue.

  10. why no one else wants him your stuck with him    hahahaha...............

  11. If you call for a manager's head after one loss, I don't think they'd be any Premier League.

Please, West Ham could do without a sack-happy person like Roman Abramovich, Thaksin 'thankless' Shinatwara and Mike Ashley.

Remember that Curbishley is the man who kept West Ham up in the 2006-07 season with a win over Manchester United on the final day.

I repeat, stability pays. Instant success will always be a dream. It'll never happen. You're only asking for more trouble if you sack a manager who's trying to build a team.

Reading too much into one game is the fault of many.

If Avram Grant was sacked because Mikel got sent off at Old Trafford and Chelsea lost 2-0, would they have taken the title race to the wire, or reached the Champions League final or come THAT close to winning it? NO!

If Alex Ferguson was sacked because Manchester United lost to Manchester City early last season after drawing against Reading, that would have been suicide!

    Give Alan time.
