First off we didn't go into Iraq just for WMD's, the main purpose was to take Saddam and his Regime out of power. We knew he had MWD's and was financing terrorist groups and letting them train there as well. Not to mention the Crime against Humanity and Mass Genocide he was guilty of having done. He was an extremely evil man that needed to be taken out, and many of his top advisers and figure heads were the same if not worse.

Now they did have WMD's that is a FACT! However in the 2 years it took before Bush and Blair got fed up with the UN not doing what they should have done, he got rid of them. Many of his top advisers and Military Officials admitted that during those 2 years, many WMD's were destroyed or shipped secretly off to other Nations.

And the reason why  the UN would not agree to go into Iraq is because Saddam was buying off France, Germany, and Russia. That was also proven, but somehow disappeared in the mist of time and reality soon after it was discovered. Nothing like an international cover up.

So get your facts straight before you start spewing garbage.

intersting although the article does not say what happened to the WMD that everyone knows were there earlier.  we still really don't know, do we?

perhaps GW did not trust the report because they could not explain where this known stuff went.  who knows,  either way, he shold not have lied.  he should have been more straight-forward.

You should have stopped reading at "Author claims".  Regardless of if it's true or not, someone's book is not worthwhile proof of anything.

there is no proof and until such time, he is the greatest president of all time. now, that should equal out the other rumor because both are crazy. how can the dumbest president that ever lived mastermind 9/11 and the wmd coverup. you cannot have it both ways.
