  1. In the UK, you can legally force your child out at 16, so I assume you can.

  2. i know you guys are probably tired of all this but i dont believe in giving up on your child no matter what. he is a teen but yet an adult what you need to do and iknow it is your house and shouldnt be doing this but lock your stuff up to where he cant get to it. he is just rebeling against you all and that is what or childern do best and testing your level on how far he can push you guys, but if you give up on him, the questions is will you feel guilty doing it after it is done. and then think if you do that he will have that resentment towards you and not want to be apart of your life ever. because later in life if he changes his life around and settles down and has a family of his own wouldnt you want to be apart of that? i know i would. by the way how is he doing in school? let him graduate atleast. and what ever decision you all come out with well that would be your choice as a parent and all we can give you is our opinion on this but really think about what you are doing. and always make a decision when you are calm and not upset or mad,

  3. Well do to the fact you cant kick you son out . find him a girlfreind and hel be to embarresed to live at home with her he will have to move out.

  4. Im in the same boat as you are , lets see what answers come about .

  5. Sounds like he may be doing drugs.  Since he is in highschool, you may have a harder time removing him from your home.  Is this something that you really want to do?  You may severely destroy your relationship with him.

  6. well...

what i think you guys should do is try talking to him first and if he denies everything put video cameras in the house just don't tell him about it and at night when your home one of you watch it and see what happen that day and make sure his in the house   the day you see the video  of what was happening  at the house  and then show it to him and prove it  that you guy's were

and he lied  or even maybe he's taking drugs..   like i said try talking to him  first and right  before you guy's talk to him about it  install the cameras in your whole house and get a lock for you bedroom  and keep there the most expensive thing  and if that doesn't work then  sadly call the police on him and they'll know what to do ...

i hope it was helpfull what i said ... good luck with everything you do ...

  7. Yes you can. Give him a 30 day notice in writing then you will be able to have the cops remove him at that time if he refuses to leave. I am sorry for your troubles and wish you luck.

I would also suggest calling your local police department and talking with them about the issues that you are having.

  8. yep, call the law, tell them, they will remove him, when he comes back, they will arrest him..

  9. i would talk to him and if he doesn't care or listen to what you have to say, i would state the consequences and if he chooses not to follow you rules or act appropriately then talk to your local police station or send him for counseling. And he's 18 so, he should be out of the house by now anyway so it probably is legal.

  10. hes legally an adult so you can have him removed or you can just kick him out. technically hes not your responisiblity anymore.

  11. He is an adult, and therefore no longer under your legal control.  He would fall under the rules for any deadbeat renter.  If you have a signed contract, then follow the contract.  IF you don't have a contract, get one and give him a chance.  Then at least you have the piece of paper to properly evict him with.

  12. Good idea. Send him to college in another city.

  13. Oh come on get him HELP you know there is something wrong???Call the help HOT LINE

  14. Of course you can.  he is legally an adult.  his name is not on the deed to your house.  Call the police and have him removed!

  15. Get a restraining order, then pack his stuff and drop it off at  his friends house or put it all in a storage conatiner and leave the key with his friend. .. where he can pick it up.  That way any contact he makes with you .. you can call the cops.

  16. Yup you sure can.  You can even get eviction papers to get him out of the house.  That way you have documentation stating that you gave him ample time to remove himself from your property.  If not he can turn around and sue you for unlawful eviction.  If he doesn't remove himself on or before the eviction date, call the cops.

  17. well.. i think you can... don't know much abt pa laws...

bye the way.. is he ur really son .....or just.. a mistake......

  18. yup.. but just remember ur a bad parent becuase u gave up on ur child, u can kick him out, but can u live with the guilt?

  19. yes his is allowed to live on his own at 18 so u can kick him out and if he refuses i guess u have to call teh cops on him thats about all u can do i live in pa too lol i just wanted to add that

  20. Once he is 18 you can kick him out. However, since he is still in school (only has a few weeks left), let him stay until graduation and then he's done.

  21. yes because he is an adult. so go to the police.

  22. 18 years of age marks the age of adulthood. Yes, you can have him legally removed from your house and even have a no trespassing order put on him if you would like. Maybe he needs some tough love. Good luck!

  23. Legally after he's eighteen

if he doesn't have your permission to be on your property he is technically trespassing tough love seems like the only answer
