  1. The metal or the planet? I wouldn't want to do either.

  2. No, its much too hot and noxious.

  3. no, cause we can not live and take care of our beloved earth, how can we live on mercury??? how r we supposed to live on any other planet, sometimes we cannot live in our own country, house , the question should be can we live life!, can we just live life ! if we can not live it here and now , we can not live it else where

  4. No.

  5. No. The planet is too hot, has no atmosphere, and no water.

  6. No, you can't live on Mercury. First of all, there's no water and no air to breathe - not even poisonous air.  Mercury is missing something called an atmosphere. You can think of an atmosphere as a protective shield of stuff (like gasses) that surrounds a planet. The reason that Mercury doesn't have an atmosphere is that it's just not massive enough - not big enough to have a gravity strong enough to hold gasses close to it. (Just check out how much you would weigh there to get an idea about the gravity thing.)

Also, it's way too hot in the daytime and, surprisingly, way too cold at night! How can it be cold at night when it's so close to the Sun? One of the jobs of an atmosphere is to hold in the warmth of the daytime. Since Mercury doesn't have an atmosphere, it is exposed to the cold of space every night... and the nights are really long! It's really cold out in space!

  7. we will have to wait for the appropriate information from the scientists.
