Question:

Can we prevent an exchange student from returning to the country?

My friend hosted and then supervised an exchange student from an asian country this year. All this kid was interested in doing was going to parties and drinking and smoking pot. He made their lives miserable and he was demanding a new home. He moved in with a friend who they later discovered was a big time partier too. He has a myspace and his "freinds" are pretty hard core into drugs and gangs. Unfortunately the high school VP sticks up for this kid because he was in the football team, as well as his thug friends. My friend found a picture online of this kid at a party with a bottle of alcohol in his hand. That was enough to get him canceled from the exchange program and sent home. He did admit to smoking pot but later claimed not to understand the questions...right.

So since he was sent home early and the program canceled him will that void his chance for a visa? He's trying hard to get back here. He is nothing but trouble and needs to stay where he is. Can she report him somewhere?

  1. If you guys dont want him then dont talk to him or have him back in your house....not being rude or anything but just let him live his life, if he wants to mest it up o well its his he will learn.................:)

  2. if theres nothing you can do then tell them you or your friends dont wanna host him. dont go around him.

  3. Your friends have gotten him out of their lives and kicked out the program. I'd say be done with it. If the kids makes it back then he makes it back. To continue to pursue this would seem obsessive and vindictive to me.
