no you can not that is impossible since rainbows are reflections of the sun off of moisture in the air. I have seen many rainbows and as a child we use to try and find the end it will never happen

A rainbow is just concentric cones of colored light, refracted through tiny water droplets (mist). Not only can you not walk on it - you can't even get near it. It will always appear to be between you and the Sun, until there's no more mist in front of you.
