I am planning to take overnight bus from Tokyo to Nagoya and visit Toyota factory upon arrival Nagoya in the morning; I am afraid whether I can get just enough sleep while on board over the night. Please somebody guide me.

  1. Is there some reason why you have posted a question about Tokyo and Nagoya in the section reserved for Travel: PARIS

Last I looked, Tokyo and Nagoya are in JAPAN.

  2. Um, maybe.

The seats on these busses are like airline seats - a little narrow, recline some (but not much) and they usually have a flip down foot rest as well.

So if you can sleep well on an airplane, then you might be able to sleep well on these seats.

BUT -  these seats have the leg room for the average Japanese person, which is kinda short.  I'm 5'10" (177 cm) and there really wasn't enough leg room for me to use the foot rests or get a comfortable position in the seat.

BTW, you know that the Toyota Factory isn't in Nagoya, right?  You'll have to take the subway or train out to the nearest train station and then a bus or taxi to the factory itself...
