Can we take a shower in the montgomery county water contamination?

Yeah you should be able to.  It's unsafe to drink but it shouldn't be unsafe to bathe in.  As on of my friends pointed out, a lot of other places, like Mexico, have water safe to bathe that is unsafe to drink.  I took a shower today and I feel fine.  Just don't drink the bath water I guess.
