Is it Ok for the body to cool off after an hour of working out at the gym?

  1. definitely more than okay. working out in the gym builds your strength and swimming after that basically tones it out. it is very very similar to what swim clubs do, dryland and then swim practice. but of course shower off to get the dirt and sweat off of your body before entering the pool.
