Can we think of India to be the Worlds' no.1 economy without developing "North-East"?

The "North-East" part of India is an integral part of our country. The beautiest of the nature can be felt in the "Land of Seven Sisters". North-East is the important part with a view to connect India to the East; including Thailand, Singapore etc;to race it' economic development there. But, still the part lacks of serious economic development- under the influence of terrorism, straight jacket of political nationalism & enchroachment problems. We can't think of a developed India without developing our North-East. Can we????

throughout the globe we see that developed countries depend upon key areas and not whole of the country is developed concurrently and nither upto same standards. thats why the per capita income in a country differs  from city to city.. .. although its a sad fact but yes india can develop without developing the north east . .
