I personally believe both Atlantis and Lemuria really did exist, yes.

Nobody knows. Plato did like to take tales from storytellers in Greece, and most tales such as those take basis in embellished stories explained by divine interference, but unless we actually find Atlantis (and I don't mean one of those "OMG! We found Atlantis! Tonight on the History Channel!" that ends with "We'll never know if it even is Atlantis") we wouldn't be able to figure out if it existed.
