It'd be illegal though if you are in no away affiliated with the makers and if you don't have their permission.

But what the h**l. Go for it.

This requires two answers:

1) yes - because everyone seems to upload anything - so why should you be any different?

2) By uploading an advert you are INDIRECTLY advertising a product  which engenders profit for advertiser and product alike - AND THIS IS ILLEGAL.

But my question to you is - for what reasons do you wish to do this - for humour, interest or to indicate a point?

I would think that if your reasons are not to profit from the product - then surely a simple disclaimer such as "there is no intention to infringe copyright" would suffice to avoid legal action against you.

I don't know about the legality of it but judging by the amount of commercials already on there, I'd say yes.
