  1. no 0.0.0.0 is used to disable the network port on some embeded devices.

    No.


  3. it doesnt exist its not in a single class class A ip addresses start w/ 1 therefore there is no way possible your IP can start w/ 0. there's many other things wrong w/ it as well but ya cant be done



  4. No ip address can be all 0's or 1's.

    In binary 0.0.0.0 would be basically all  0's. 255.255.255.255 would be all 1's.

    If an address is all 0's or 1's with any subnet that would make it either the address of the network, or the broadcast address. It cannot be assigned to a single node.
