Can we watch indian channels in Melbourne (Australia) ?

Question

Can we receive Indian DTH (like TataSKY or Dish TV) channels by using fairly large dish say 6 ft and using the indian decoders in Melbourne ?

Which Satallite INSAT 4A or OPTUS D1 would be decoded if we are lucky ?

You can get Indian TV or alot of other culture TV's from UBI World TV, goodle it and you will find the number :)
