Its soreness, and some nausea. I am eating more regularly than usual, and smaller serves. breakfast-banana. lunch- sandwich with salad and chicken. dinner- lean meat, veg, rice. snacks- yogurt, cup of tea, cup of milk, peice of fruit.

I used to eat heaps at night before and not much in the day. Now i am eating healthier food throughout the day. I have been doing this over a week, and am loosing weight on stomach area.

  1. Yes.

The reason for the aches is due to the change in diet.

  2. If you're eating way more fruits and especially veggies, they could be causing you gas.  Take Gas-X and then stay away from those foods.

Stay away from broccoli!  Maybe cauliflower too. Any food that makes you burp, like radishes.

Otherwise, weight loss does not cause stomach aches.

    Good luck to you.  :)

  3. It depends on what sort of stomach ache. Cramps, digestion problems, or soreness? It could be the way you're eating - or not eating, for that matter - but I think more information is necessary for anyone to answer this question.
