Can wild animal such as Bears and/or tiger be kept as pets in the state of Texas?

i dont think they can, legally, but im sure people do anyway. but even if it is legal, like many things that are legally okay but not morally okay, i dont think it would be right to keep them as pets.  it would be doing the animal a huge injustice.
