Are you asking if wanting to hard enough will allow you to gain insight? I don't think so. Insight is based off of experience and foresight, one gained with time and the other through intelligence. A tiger can't change his stripes but as he ages they fade. ;)

Will can be a great motivating force, when it's harnessed by your power.  That which was not clear will come into focus when willpower is applied to a great enough extent.

if i read this question right heres my answer.

absolutly . the will of someone or something can absolutly identify the differences in things . the intention is what always counts sometimes you cant really see what another persons underlying will is there fore it can drastically change the way someone will discern situations etc

had a hard time putting my thoughts into words sorry if it doesnt quite make sense
